I found the staff to be very courteous and helpful. They excelled in their willingness to assist. i especially appreciated monika and antonio, along with maribel, for ensuring i got my preferred room. jesus, along with the olio team, and pedro, jessica, and ina in the piano bar, also stood out.
I arrived and was told it was too late for lunch. The restaurant was already closed. i didn't receive a welcome drink upon arrival. the food quality didn't quite match a 5-star rating. Certain items frequently ran out. yogurt and milk at breakfast weren't refrigerated and were at room temperature. The yogurt often separated.

Amazing Experience in Mallorca

The location on the quiet beach was really nice. The grounds were fine and well maintained. My room was spacious and it had all the needed amenities. The breakfast buffet was extensive. I could find nearly every option I imagined.
The sunloungers by the pool could use a cushion, I think.

The hotel offered a very diverse food selection. I had a fantastic culinary experience. The Seaside Grill served great cuisine and boasted great beachfront views. Breakfast was a very good experience with a lot of different options.

The service was attentive and fast. The staff was always willing to assist with requests. I really felt looked after. Paula at reception stood out, she was always cute and helpful .

The hotel is right on the beach. I could take a walk by the sea with ease. I could step out into the town. There were plenty of shops and restaurants. I could find car rentals very close to the hotel.

the staff was always helpful , especially at check-in. i received a room matching the description with a sea view. the breakfast offered high quality and variety , i liked the tapas restaurant most. the hotel's location was convenient to the resort and the beachfront walkway.
the room i had initially had a moldy smell , but it was resolved after i changed rooms.
