The hotel didn't quite live up to the 5-star expectations set by other resorts I've visited. While the room was spacious and well-equipped, the overall service was lacking and often felt underwhelming. The dining options were somewhat average, and the food temperature was often too cold for my taste. Additionally, the pool area was overcrowded and the availability of sun loungers was disappointing.
The hotel is well-located with beautiful beach access, and while the breakfast and overall dining experience were excellent, there were a few drawbacks with room placement and bathroom design. The staff was attentive and the overall stay was enjoyable, though some areas could use improvements for a more comfortable experience.
I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. While the lush vegetation and gardens were beautiful, the dining experience was quite disappointing with a lack of variety and uncomfortable temperatures. The location was fantastic for exploring local shops and the beach, but the room's proximity to noise from the street detracted from the experience. Overall, it's a nice resort but I think there are areas that need improvement, particularly regarding food and room positioning.
